What is Happy fat?
Happy fat is the fat you accumulate when you find yourself in a happy relationship.
I'm in a very happy relationship and unfortunately my weight has reflected that.
So this is about keeping happy, but losing the fat by changing my lifestyle to be more active and focusing on consuming my "happy foods" in moderation.
